Protect and finish electronics wiring with 2:1 heat shrink tubing in a convenient 2 metre length. Choose from 25 diameters, from 0.6 mm to 70 mm, then cut only what you need for solder joints, cable repairs, wire bundles and connector strain relief.

Choose a size that slides over the widest part of the connection before heating. Apply heat evenly with a heat gun until the tubing contracts around the work. The tubing provides insulation and helps protect the finished joint from dust, solvents and everyday handling.
Safety note: heat shrink is insulation and mechanical protection, not a substitute for correct electrical design or a properly rated enclosure. Disconnect power before working on wiring and check the finished repair before putting it into service.
